Perfect for a cold winter night; sweet, fragrant and rich.
You will need:
1 Bottle of red wine (cabernet or merlot works; any red will do)
1/4 cup brandy
Handful of cinnamon sticks (6-8 sticks)
Handful of star anise pods
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 cup honey
Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot on medium heat, stir to incorporate the honey. Lower heat to medium-low and let simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot with a cinnamon stick.

I recently had the pleasure of drinking an absolutely wonderful cup of coffee. It was smooth, rich, fragrant, and utterly addicting. I was riding off the caffeine high for hours. Reggie's Roast Gold 100% Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee claims to be "Absolutely the Best Coffee in the World," and I must concur.
The Blue Mountains in Jamaica have long been treasured for the coffee beans of exquisite quality that thrive in their nutrient dense soil. The best part is that Reggie's Roast both farms and roasts the beans, in the true spirit of Fair Trade.
